immaculate groundsfriendly staff

i stayed in a superior room garden or pool view. the grounds were immaculate and the landscaping was very appealing. i was impressed with the camel and horse ride along the beachfront. abdo was super friendly and even recalled our first visit.

I found the staff attentive. They addressed every need promptly. the variety of food was so great, offering many choices daily. this. it was a wonderful experience we both treasured.

I noted some wear and tear in the room. A refresh would enhance the overall feel. this didn't overshadow the stay but is worth considering. the small detail could elevate the experience further .

Mediocre Stay with Some Issues

My visit had issues I must point out. The room I got initially had a persistent banging noise from the roof. This caused a sleepless night. It also required a tiresome room change. I then suffered from food poisoning, and that resulted in significant expense on medication and wasted vacation time. These problems soured my experience quite a bit.
